Washington has one of the fastest growing economies with more trade, health care, and STEM jobs than we can fill. Washington State Opportunity Scholarship connects the state’s leading industries with top Washington talent by reducing barriers to education and training and facilitating entry into high-demand careers for Washington students.

This annual report provides Washington State Legislature with an overview of the demographic, gender, socioeconomic, age and regional characteristics for all Opportunity Scholars since the scholarship was first created in 2011.
